Having been with Fire & Earth for some time now I have been lucky enough to own and grow my own clinic here in Leamington & be a continuing part of the Fire & Earth Family. 

 

As a therapist, I graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Sports Therapy & Sports Coaching, and in addition I also obtained a master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning. This education platform as well as my experience over the years has enabled me to provide my clients with the combination of a variety of knowledge in the both the initial injury phase as well as the journey back to a good quality of life and/or high performance. 

 

My passion revolves around fixing people and I enjoy working out postural/biomechanical issues and correcting any imbalances with a combination of sports massage and exercise rehabilitation programs to make you robust and strong. 

 

"My passion for sports therapy and rehabilitation developed quickly when I was injured whilst involved with England Hockey at the age of 16. From this I worked with some top sports physiotherapists and my interest grew further. I am really looking forward to meeting people I can help get back from injury."
