‘After experiencing some quite serious pain in my upper legs which prevented me from running, I approached John via email for some support. He suggested a course of remote sessions. I wasn’t sure how it would work without the usual hands on treatment but I was pleasantly surprised. John quickly diagnosed a piriformis injury and worked through a series of massages and stretches to help. This was followed up by an email describing the stretches which really helped fine tune the techniques on my own.
