Hi, my name is Isabelle and I am a fully qualified level 3 sports massage therapist. I qualified back in 2022 and I have not looked back since. 

 

Since the age of 2 dancing has been my life. When I turned 18 I was lucky enough to gain a full Scholarship to Laine Theatre Arts, one of the most prestigious performing arts college In London. After my 3 years of training I began my professional career. Travelling Europe, live TV events, areas etc! However, a career like this has a huge impact on the body. As a result of this I received many sports massages myself to help with the prevention of injury and to keep me at my best. This is what lead me train as a sports massage therapist because I knew first hand how much a sports massage can help. 

 

As a sports massage therapist, my job is to help relieve tension and pain in the muscles that could be caused by many things such as poor posture, injury or just general wear and tear. I strive to make sure that every client leaves my treatment room feeling better than when they came in, both physically and mentally.
